ESTIMATES Each project is different. Quotes are provided on a project to project basis. Quotes are either set at an hourly rate, or a flat fee, depending on your project. They are calculated by estimating the amount of time, and resources needed to complete your specific project. If a project is set to a flat fee, and the project exceeds a specified time because of repeated client changes, the rate will change to an hourly fee above the flat fee. BILLING ibsurdities requires a non-refundable down payment of 25%, and the remaining balance upon completion of the project.
